SITE APPRAISAL
One of our managers will review a clients site prior to contract, and offer recommendations on the levels of security that are considered necessary. Notwithstanding, the company will respond to a clients specific wishes in terms of their required cover. i.e. the hours, shifts and the number of guards that may be required.
HOURLY CHECK-INS
Our officers are required to make hourly check calls back to our 24 hour control room in order to confirm that all is well with themselves and the client’s premises. Where an officer misses a call, a well rehearsed emergency procedure will immediately be implemented and one of our response vehicles sent directly to the premises to investigate and report back to the control room for further action.
PERFORMANCE REVIEWS
Throughout the day, night or weekend our Supervisors, Managers or even Directors will routinely and randomly visit each clients site in order to review the security officers performance.
