In line with ACPO guidelines (The Association of Chief Police Officers), keyholders must have the means to return to their premises within 20 minutes following an alarm activation. As your designated keyholder, we are the first to be contacted by the monitoring station in the event of an alarm activation.
We aim to attend as quickly as legally possible, but clients should be aware that this service is not a ‘blue light emergency response’ service. However, in some cases, our alarm response guard may arrive quickly enough to confront intruders – a task for which they are trained and insured. Additionally, we provide security signs free of charge to be placed on your premises as an added deterrent.
